@British_Airways Yesterday's Bologna to Heathrow flight was delayed until today and is now delayed again. Your customer service says it has taken off, but it hasn't. It's still at the airport with no flight plan. Can someone provide accurate information?
@Vitality_UK Tried to book cinema using 4 vouchers expiring today (31 May) but app still shows "Tickets processing" when usually the odeon voucher shows up instantly in the app. I've now missed out on using vouchers before they expired through no fault of my own. Can you help?
@AQA whoever set /approved/ signed off the higher Physics GCSE paper 1 clearly needs to read their own guidance on what topics are in scope. Letβs hope someone has checked paper 2 and the same mistake is not made again. Totally incompetent.

@British_Airways I have tired for many hours to upload the covid documents through manage my booking. I can upload everything but your app will not allow me to submit (button greyed out). Please advise what to do as I need to check in urgently.

@MotelRocks I am left many many messages with customer service via email, via Twitter and DM. No one is responding. I returned an item on 1 December and still no refund has been given. Your returns policy is a shambles.
