THREE YEARS.
Three years since the moment my life changed forever. Even now, it feels so unreal that sometimes I still can’t fully comprehend that I was kidnapped and taken to Gaza. Sometimes it feels like it was all just a nightmare I somehow woke up from.
But at the same time, the pain is always here.
It never really leaves, and sometimes, it only gets stronger.
This year, when I went to visit the graves of my friends, I felt like it had somehow become even harder.
Maybe because the hostages are finally home.
Maybe because I’m no longer part of that fight.
Or maybe because everyone else has already graduated, moved to Tel Aviv, and started their careers.
And you remain there, like a memory from another life. A life that was innocent, young, and happy. A group of friends simply enjoying life, dreaming big, with no idea how quickly everything could change.
I miss you every single day.
With every step I take, on every path I choose, I find myself wondering what it would be like if you were still here beside me.
As more time passes, I realize that soon, more time will have passed since we lost you than the amount of time I actually had the chance to know you. And that is something I still can’t accept.
To me, you are always with me.
And for those of us who have lost someone we love, it isn’t easy to watch the world keep moving when some people’s lives simply stopped.
It isn’t easy to live with the guilt of being the ones who are still here. But we have to keep going, because that is what they would have wanted for us.
We have to learn to live alongside the pain.
Embrace it.
Forgive it.
Understand it.
But at the same time, keep looking forward.
Give yourself permission to
LIVE.

The problem isn’t that you’re protesting the devastation Netanyahu has caused in Gaza. It’s that you’re not protesting the Hamas attack that brought rape, kidnapping, and torture. It’s that you’re not protesting the Iranian regime’s slaughter of its own people. It’s that you’re silent about the Uyghur genocide.
The problem isn’t that you stand up for Palestinian rights. It’s that you do it while denying Israelis those same rights. The problem isn’t that you push back against Islamophobia. It’s that you do it while promoting antisemitism. The problem isn’t that you march for LGBTQ rights. It’s that you do it while defending an ideology that literally wants them dead.
The problem is that you’re not consistent, and you’re not thinking for yourself. You’re letting the need to belong do your thinking for you.
Hey world.
“Free Palestine” supporters.
I know you’ve seen the images and videos coming out of Gaza of children and babies and women and your heart breaks.
I know you hear stories about “famine” and “genocide” and “ethnic cleansing” and you get mad.
I know you’ve allowed these feelings to build hatred towards Israel. Towards Zionists. Towards Jews.
I know these emotions have driven you to call for the end of Israel, for the demise of Zionists, for the destruction of a people.
I know that the anger you feel about what you’re told is a genocide, has led you to call for an actual genocide.
I’ll say it again.
The Free Palestine movement has convinced you that there’s a genocide going on, to get you to support the genocide they want to commit.
Let’s look at this from a new angle.
The Free Palestine movement is the same ideology that was responsible for 9/11.
The Free Palestine movement is the same ideology that was responsible for ISIS.
The Free Palestine movement is the same ideology that was responsible for Oct 7.
The Free Palestine movement is the same ideology that has been responsible for over 66,000 terrorist attacks across the world, murdering at least 250,000 people.
Genocidal attacks.
Against civilians.
Women.
Children.
Elderly.
Innocent people.
The Free Palestine movement has used AI and fake propaganda to convince you of a genocide that isn’t happening in Gaza.
So that you support them as they try to destroy Israel. As they try to commit genocide against Israelis. Against Zionists. Against Jews.
They’re convincing you to call for sanctions and bans against Israel.
They’re convincing you that Israel shouldn’t exist.
They’re convincing you that anyone that supports Israel is evil.
So that you support their efforts to discredit, to destroy.
They’re convincing you to turn against the only nation in the world that’s fighting them. The only country in the world that’s attempting to remove their capabilities. The only people in the world that are looking to ensure they are never a threat again.
Israel is the only country in the world going up against them.
Which is why the Free Palestine movement is trying so hard to turn you against them.

A woman cuts her hair at her sister’s funeral in #Iran, because the regime shot her sister in the head for the crime of peacefully protesting and demanding freedom.
Her name was Melika Dastyab.
She was 21, a musician, economics student and she was dead by security forces while her sister stood next to her.
Let me be clear with Western female politicians, especially those in leadership positions in Europe: Do not cut your hair in symbolic solidarity with Iranian women. Cut your ties with our killers.
Believe me cutting your hair for Instagram solidarity, doesn’t scare dictators. It doesn’t save lives. It just makes you feel better. Stop legitimizing our terrorist regime.

Parents should know that their kids are being indoctrinated to be the next Antifa.
Hamas commander Anas Mahmoud Ahmed Hamdan was just eliminated by the IDF. He was the one who hosted the macabre handover ceremony of the Bibas family. Rot in Hell.
To Those Who Compare Gaza to the Holocaust
After years of suffering, starvation and disease in the ghettos, the Nazis offered desperate Jews a way out.
They promised them jobs and a better future. They told them they were being relocated to labor camps where they could support their families.
Believing they had finally found hope, the Jews boarded the trains. Those trains took them to extermination camps.
Upon arrival, they were told they would first take a “disinfection shower” before entering the work camp. The gas chambers were disguised as shower rooms.
Many only realized they had been deceived when the gas started flowing.
That was systematic, industrialized murder built on the intent to exterminate an entire people.
In Gaza, when Israel wants to target Hamas infrastructure, it evacuates entire neighborhoods in advance, even though this gives Hamas time to escape.
Israel does this specifically to minimize civilian casualties.
These two realities are fundamentally different.
Comparing them dishonors the memory of the victims of the Holocaust.
I am honored to be the people’s choice for the Democratic nomination in NY-15.
I am proud to represent the Bronx, which is a microcosm of America itself: a multiracial, multiethnic, multireligious democracy. We are Black and White, Latino and Asian. We are Jewish, Christian, Muslim, Buddhist, and Hindu. We are One Bronx.
More meaningful than the victory itself was how we achieved it: by securing a supermajority of the vote with a multiracial, multiethnic, multireligious coalition of working families from every corner of the Bronx.
It is the honor of my life to be a fighter from and for the only home I have ever known. Even when I leave the Bronx for Washington, the Bronx never leaves me.
💥NEW: James Carville: “I actually do think it's time for Democrats to talk the S word: ‘Schism’ ... there's just some sh*t that I can't be in the same tent with ... I'm done ... I don't want to be in a political party that denies the right of the state of Israel to exist.”
The easy response is to dismiss this woman as unwell. But that misses the larger and far more disturbing point.
Screaming at a 23-year-old Jewish woman on the subway that she “eats babies” is not random madness. It is ancient antisemitic blood libel updated for the post-October 7 era.
This is what happens when society normalizes the idea that Jews are uniquely monstrous, uniquely guilty, and fair game for public humiliation.
One person screamed it. Many helped make it acceptable.
This was Gaza on October 7.
Palestinians were kissing the floor with joy as Hamas paraded dead Jews through the streets.
Remember this the next time you see someone call them the victims.
