Instead of support or update, they have refunded the amount. Anyway, thanks atleast i got my money back properly... it would be better if there was any update and i would have waited for that watch to be received.

@SohailAnsa73056 @SamsungIndia Sry sohail, Boy_cott is a big term, samsung is a good tech company with top line products but some devices they do have bugs and errors and issues which if they provided proper solution it will be one of the best tech company out there..

@SamsungIndia everything was fine until i ordered the samsung s25ultra. I am a die hard samsung fan i own samsung since E-series, watches, earphones, powerbank too. But never had such an issue, my samsung s22ultra now starting to display lines on the screen...

Taken with my tab, see the top left of the phone. White patch of light. Samsung service center diagnosed and told me to submit it for free screen replacement and it will take more than 15days since it has to go to delhi from my town puducherry. But tomorrow is my exchange date.

@SamsungIndia not only me, my friends samsung s21fe, my samsung s22ultra, oanother friends s21fe all displaying lines on the screen this month... and now i placed exchange for the new s25ultra i dont know what'll happen during the pickup. I never expected this from samsung ☹️
