Still buzzing after our February Strategy Retreat thanks to @saranramos + her colleague Carla’s work to design a meaningful, rich experience for @InvestInOpen governance members and staff.

Designing and facilitating a month-long retreat for @InvestInOpen was an incredible and rewarding challenge. @kaythaney and the team were a pleasure to work with. It’s not every day that a client approaches you with such courage and trust. 💛 Read the thread, it’s worth it! 👇🏻
In February, we designed and hosted our first Strategy Retreat, a month-long virtual experience involving IOI governance members and staff, where we laid the foundations for how we will work together🤝
Here, we share our key learnings + resources👇 https://t.co/AIhUJ6TpQF
If you care about a project/org/community, ask:
- wait, how was this decided?
- what's the process for contributing here?
- who are we inviting to this, and why?
If you find yourself always making decisions, ask "how can I share that power?" (I'm working on this too 🙋)
Question for women with ADHD who use meds for treatment - do your meds stop working depending on where you are in your cycle? I've been foggy all week 🤦🏾♀️. For context: sleeping well, not stressed and been 100% booze free since December. #asktwitter#womenwithadhd

"It doesn’t matter if you’re a beginner or an expert as long as you’re on the path.
If a beginner is on the path, all they need is time.
If an expert is off the path, they won’t be an expert for long."

I’m curious. 👀 Have you reflected on 2021 and defined your intentions for 2022? (No judgement either way 🙏🏻)
Comment if the answer is “it’s complicated” 🤓
Note to self 📌 This is still hard to grasp for me. However, reflecting on my learnings helps me realise I’m making progress, even it’s in a messy middle or if there’s no clear destination to the journey.
Our culture prizes KNOWING: our goal, passion, product.
Perhaps it's time to celebrate UNKNOWING more: messy middles marked by confusion about next steps.
When we approach messy middles with openness (instead of racing for the exits) we cultivate outsize growth & creativity.
Ready to reflect on 2021 and define your #intentions for 2022?
