@lawyer4SMBs Schedule is key. An example: meals 8,12,5 & snacks 10 & 3. They know when to expect the food & can decide for themselves how much to eat. Always serve 1 food they love “safe food”, fruit/vegs as the snack & keep the other stuff out of the house. 4 kids all under 5 over here 🙃
