I wish I knew what I could do to change the luck (or lack of it) that I’ve had in the last few years. It doesn’t matter how hard you work in life or how positive you try to be, sometimes you just need things to go your way - and not against you.

Here's the Raiders report from that weekend which you might find interesting.

Twenty years ago today Plymouth Albion and Plymouth Raiders both claimed league titles.
Albion beat Penzance-Newlyn 36-13 at Mennaye Field to win National Three South, while Raiders overcame Inter-Basket London 101-93 away to secure the NBL Conference crown.

@CrisMaddocksNBC Hopefully they will get caught. It would have taken a van and at least two people to get it there.

@plymouthcc is anyone going to replace all the trees and fencing on your side of the Roborough underpass after it left like this by workmen weeks ago? It has ruined a nice little nature spot.

[Sara Raine @sararaine2]

@GlennMBryant @charlieelderTH @yasminasiadatan @emsylou_emu It was a shame I didn’t have my phone or camera when they came around the front.
I couldn’t believe it happened just after seeing your great post.
Nice way to start Sunday.
