Day 3: I loved the emphasis on meaningful reporting 21st C skills. I get caught up in the "academics" a lot, but need to refocus on other ways to prepare my Ss for their future + connect with their interests. Which classroom do I want to teach in? The 2nd!! #LLAPRCSD #RCSDConnect

2/2 I see the "reward" of scholarships and acceptance letters versus the fear of failure and needing to come back to high school for a fifth year also equally as detrimental in high school. Growth mindset is key, but a tough sell when there are big bucks on the line. #LLAPRCSD
