@educator4ever36 I’ve tried but our schoolboard elections have become absolutely vicious- and everyone elected seems to have a conflict of interest. for the record we’ve never skipped school for Disney- but for numerous national parks!
@educator4ever36 Parents that lived 2020-2022 with school-aged kids no longer care! We remember the closed schools and hybrid years. we’re taking the family vacations whenever it’s the best price, weather, least crowds, etc
@Cernovich Kids mouths and faces aren’t developing properly because they aren’t chewing real foods from a young age, too much puréed food. not breastfeeding
@EsperJohnathan@BowTiedBroke I do think Vrbo is more friendly towards owners - our cancellation policy on Vrbo is 60 days out which typically gives us enough time to re-rent. We’re also able to upload a rental agreement that must be agreed to.
@BowTiedBroke Yes lots of guests that come back year after year. Many find us on vrbo or air then google search. Some paid google ads. Decent social media following. A bit from County tourism association website/visitors guide
@BowTiedBroke We already do 40% direct booking, 40% Vrbo, 20 % Airbnb. I’ve luckily always been hesitant about Air, their recent limits on cancellation policies had me cut back my calendar availability. Our large properties book 12 months out, can’t have a guest hold it then cancel 30 days out
@CaseyPutsch I feel better about voted Vivek after reading this! “We aren’t going to comply with the left’s destructive social policies anyway” ?!? What a reason to vote for someone
@yesimjustamom Eat whole foods most of the time, solid, consistent sleep like 10-12 hours depending on their age, no flu shots or others, liposomal vitamin C if they have any symptoms or been around anyone that’s sick
