@MoPNG_eSeva How is it resolved? We didn't receive any cylinder and now we are unable to book another cylinder due to the policy. As we need to wait 45 days to book another cylinder. My question is without delivering the cylinder, why it's showing my cylinder has been delivered.

@BPCLimited @MoPNG_eSeva @HardeepSPuri I booked the cylinder on 30th April & without delivering the cylinder my booking had been cancelled on 11th May. I called the Gas Agency, but they talked very rudely and didn't entertain my issue. Please check and let me know.
