@Airtel_Presence At the time of new fiber connection ( 11 Jan 2021)it was promised to get 100 MBPS speed but still today getting 40 MBPS speed, I am tired of doing follow up with different CS engineers and my problem is still not resolved..Not expecting such bad customer service from Airtel 👎

@airtelindia I am really not happy :-( with Airtel customer service, taken fiber plan (799 pm - 100mbps on 11 Jan 2021) but still getting 40 Mbps.. even if we fiber in society, lot of follow up happen but no luck, please help here

@Airtel_Presence I have paid for Airtel fiber plan priced at 799/- month (6 months upfront payment) offers up to 100Mbps speed, but the speed I have been getting from start i.e. from 11 Jan is still 40 Mbps, false commitment and bad customer service provided so far, adjustment need in billing
