@airtelindia , @Airtel_Presence - problem has not been solved yet. Airtel does not have a qualified engineer who can resolve problem for more than 38 days.

Another day is lost ticket kept on re-assigning to engineers to another engineers but no solution. Writing to [email protected] is waste as they respond with robotic message of working. Please do some real work.

Can you please let me know the escalation level contact for the consumer? Or you think that consumer don't have rights?

Your assigned engineers are taking this very lightly and on the call does not understand english, can you please ensure engineers with right skills are assigned. Or can start english communication technically on email.
