Reports are - there are over 1M votes outstanding, and Lake is winning every drop.

Expected that race to be over.
Read this out loud to your friends and ask them when they think it was written:
"Israel has restrained itself and even developed illusions of long-term arrangements, under the belief that Yahya Sinwar wants to focus on improving the living conditions of the Gazans.
But the deep essence of Hamas dictates an inevitable confrontation. In the Gazan culture of the Muslim Brotherhood there is almost no constructive content of building a society and a nation. The struggle to uproot the Jews is the meaning of life. Gazan society does not offer its children a better future in terms of quality of life – but a morbid satisfaction from killing Jews and destroying their country, derived from a tribal and pathological version of 'honor'.
Gaza has no 'solution': improving living conditions is not for them a substitute for violent struggle. Israeli occupation and control, which will indeed facilitate the neutralization of the violent threat, are undesirable. What is left is damage control: severe, repeated damage to military power, and exacting a high and deterring price for aggression. Following this, it is desirable to adopt a policy of continuous violent prevention of strengthening from now on. The current confrontation would have come anyway; Israel tried to avoid it, until it broke out."

All of this could have been avoided if Israel had just agreed to dissolve itself, disband its military, open its borders, absorb five million hostile immigrants, and change its name to Palestine.
Israel, a Nation of Lions, has risen.
Over the past year, Hezbollah terrorists have murdered dozens of Israelis including 12 children on a soccer field, fired thousands of rockets at us, hit our villages of Metula, Shlomi and the kibbutzim, and forced us to evacuate the north of the country of its inhabitants.
Enough is enough.
Every IDF soldier who crossing nowthe border fence into Lebanese soil knows that he is doing soto protect the citizens of Israel.
May Hashem protect our soldiers.
The entire nation stands behind you🇮🇱
FULL MESSAGE FROM BIBI TO THE CITIZENS OF THE STATE OF ISRAEL:
"Citizens of Israel,
We are in the midst of a campaign against Iran's axis of evil.
I said yesterday that these are days of great achievements and great challenges.
Great achievements because we thwarted Nasrallah and his top command and Hezbollah's plan to occupy the Galilee.
We are determined to return our residents in the North safely to their homes.
But on the other hand, there are also significant challenges.
What I ask of you is two things: One - to strictly obey the directives of the frontline command, it saves lives.
And second - to stand together. We will stand firm together in the testing days ahead.
Together we will stand, together we will fight and together we will win.'
A few points regarding the latest Israel-Hezbollah war:
1. Israel left Lebanon 24 years ago. Since then Hezbollah has attacked Israel time and again for no reason whatsoever.
2. During the past eleven months Hezbollah shot over 8,000 rockets on Israel, killing dozens of Israelis, including 12 children on a soccer field.
3. These attacks were unprovoked.
I’ll remind you that Gaza is on Israel’s southern border, whereas Hezbollah is in Lebanon, on Israel’s northern border.
4. Israel's government evacuated some 80,000 Israelis from their homes in northern Israel, and they've been refugees in their own country ever since.
This is shameful and unacceptable.
5. The Israeli government has shown tremendous—and in my view, way too much—restraint during this past year.
Imagine if, say, El-Qaida set base in Cuba, and shot 8,000 rockets at Florida, causing the evacuation of Miami, killing dozens of American children.
How would the US government respond?
Do you now understand why I think Israel's government has "contained" this for way too long?
6. I don't know who's behind the Pager-attack, however there could not be a more pinpointed and selective attack.
These Pagers were distributed BY HEZBOLLAH TO ITS SENIOR OPERATIVES.
So by definition, anybody carrying a pager was part of this savage terror organisation.
Therefore, I simply cannot understand criticism by the likes of AOC or the UN chief.
Whoever did this, displayed a moral, effective and clever anti-terror operation.
7. What next?
Israel is fed up with Hezbollah and Lebanon terrorising our people.
We need Hezbollah to move away from our border, lay down their arms and rockets, and quit terror.
This can be achieved diplomatically or militarily, but it must happen now.
We've run out of patience.
8. Hezbollah=Lebanon.
Hezbollah controls the Lebanese government, and cannot survive without popular support.
Hezbollah is not a rogue organisation isolated from Lebanon, just as, say, the Nazis were not divorced from Germany in WW2. Nazis WERE Germany, and Hezbollah IS Lebanon.
Therefore Israel and the world must view this as an Israel-Lebanon war, with all the devastating consequences that follow.
Hamas rapes, tortures, abducts and executes innocent civilians.
They celebrate and promise even more.
Unconditional support for Israel to free all remaining hostages, hold the Philadelphi line, and prosecute Hamas to neutralization.
Many people have been asking, so I have translated the full letter from Boaz Hat'zeni below. MUST READ 👇
I have a long list of accusations against Netanyahu. He is not to blame for the 10/7 surprise, but he is to blame for the fact that we came to it with half an army, which was cut during his time, and without ammunition for the remaining half. In short, scrolling back through my feed provides a long list of his failings and mistakes.
However, Netanyahu is now saving the very existence of the State of Israel by standing up to the irresponsible demands to surrender to Hams, stop the war, leave Gaza, and the crown jewel - abandon the Philadelphi axis.
Those who leave the Philadelphi Axis open the way to sending at least some of the hostages to Iran. Those who leave the Philadelphi Axis bring a flood of weapons, missiles, explosives, weapons-making machines, mortars, etc., into Gaza.
The only unchanging demand of Hams is the stopping of the war, the departure of the IDF, the rehabilitation of Gaza, and international guarantees for this.
The inevitable result is a complete and upgraded restoration of the monster that was there and is now dying. No one will return to the settlements [of the Gaza envelope], and the whole concept of front-line settlements will come to an end. The front will move to the second line of settlements, and some will be abandoned. The entire concept of Zionism, of a combination of security and settlement, will collapse.
In fact, it will be the end of Zionism.
The citizens' very trust in the IDF's ability to protect life in the country is now being tested. If we cripple Hams to the end, trust will be restored. If we surrender, it will disappear. The result of such an event will be a mass exodus from the country because it would really be irresponsible to live in a country that was defeated in a war against a terrorist organization.
A country that imported the PLO, gave it territory, money, weapons, and international legitimacy, then fled Gaza and ensured that a terrorist monster would arise there, and after being attacked, raised its hands just before degrading them and returned Hams to Gaza as if nothing had happened. Such a state cannot win the trust of the public it is capable of protecting. In other words, surrendering to Hams now could lead to the collapse of the state, no less.
The hostages and their families live in the biggest nightmare that any of us can imagine. But what stands in the equation in front of the fate of the hostages is the existence of the country and the fate of millions. Therefore, a responsible leader who understands where he lives and the magnitude of the responsibility cannot help but conclude that woe betide us if we surrender.
Someone buys his world in one hour.
Netanyahu has done many things throughout his many years in office. The scales are tipped against him in the balance of failures versus achievements, but now he plays a fateful, Churchillian role. He is facing terrible pressure from the hostile American government, which is also using at least some domestic subversion against him. He is facing attempts at sedition, wild incitement, unbridled slander, and a public, which, although it is a minority, tries to burn the country in time of war as if there is no tomorrow and there are no enemies.
He does all this in front of the majority of the hostile media, defeatist Chief of Staff and Minister of Defense who coordinate too much with the Americans and the corrupt justice system that does not lift a finger against the thieves of the state, the rebels and the instigators, in a blatant display of standing in favor of the rebels.
This could be Netanyahu's tremendous and historic hour. His whole life so far, his entire career, all the mistakes he had to learn from, everything is now coming to a climax.
A record for insisting on eliminating Hams, destroying Gaza, and proving that it does not pay to massacre the Jews in the State of Israel, and also a record on the Iranian issue, which is now reaching the final stage of developing atomic bombs.
If he stands up to the pressure and does what is assigned to him, which he knows very well, he will go down in history alongside Churchill because not only the fate of Israel vis-à-vis Islam is now at stake, but also the fate of the Western world that has fought against that enemy.
Israel's defeating Hams may provide proof and a personal example that extreme Islam can be defeated, so Netanyahu's role is twofold.
We are in a critical period. We have the ability to turn it into a great period, our most beautiful hour.
Today, I am strengthening Netanyahu's hand and keeping my fingers crossed for him.
Israel risked the lives of hundreds of its own people to save the lives of 4, and lost one.
You want to talk about disproportionality. We disproportionately value life.
