Today, I received a call claiming to be from HDFC to change my address without verification. Customer care's response? "Send an email."

When I asked for a reference number or any official details, she said she had none. This felt completely unauthorized and concerning.

For some reason hits different than having the same on a link somewhere online. Each department should have their key indicator shown publicly - good reminder as you enter the office and for onlookers too. Maybe one outside of parliament as well.

Rented two bikes from @CitiBikeNYC on May 13th. No empty docking stations nearby, customer support told us to leave the bikes. Now we've been charged $400! After multiple emails and calls, they partially refunded but now hit us with a $272 lost bike fee. Terrible experience!
