My parents had an appointment at VFS Chandigarh for UK visa. When they went my mother accidentally brought in wireless earphones in her hand bag. They didn't allowed it, and my father went to keep it in the car.

When he came back, they refused to let him in stating that he was late now. When they knew he went to the car to keep the earphones they weren't allowed inside. Such restrictions weren't mentioned anywhere on the website while making the booking.

I'm from Punjab and need you help. I booked a flights with @Ezeeflightss. They are fraudsters. They book my tickets, then cancel it themselves and then refused to refund as well. They haven't paid my refund of £1094.10 (More than one lakh Indian rupees).
