This woman speaks good about India on a global platform. You want her to talk otherwise? She talks good about Indian prime minister in front of global audience, you want her to talk ill about him? Alright!

That means you want to make a joke out of this country in front of Americans, Britishers, Australians, Europeans and what not.

Like you have problems with the govt., understandable. But does that mean you become stupid in front of global audience?

Youth doesn't care about these political alignments anymore.

They want welfare, not another political party selling the same old politics in a new package.

I used to wonder why modern design became so bland. Then, I looked inward. 👇

I love intricate details, like the ones in the older design in this post. They feel like art. And lately, art has slowly been disappearing from the way we design. Or rather, we've been leaning more and more towards minimalism.

As an artist, I embraced that approach too. I enjoyed designing that way.

However, after so long, it has started feeling bland to me.
Because lately, I've been falling in love with detailed artistic work in everything around me.

What changed?

I healed.

Perhaps not entirely. But the last few years have changed me a lot as a person. I worked on my traumas. I journaled. I practiced gratitude. And most importantly, I faced my fears.

Consequently, I became braver, calmer, wiser, more mature, and more audacious in speaking my truth.

My parallel journeys, as a professional artist and as a social commentator on YouTube, have contributed significantly to that transformation.

Then I realized something.

Our minds engage with everything our eyes see. But when our minds are already burdened with so much, it's difficult to let them engage further with things that seem irrelevant to our immediate problems.

Because we're constantly fighting an inner battle, it's hard to make space for more complexity.
To save that mental energy, we begin avoiding details.

And because we are living in Kalyug, where the evil is no longer just out there but also within us, that inner battle has become even more exhausting.

But as I healed, much of that battle began to quiet down.

And slowly, I found myself returning to a place where I could once again cherish the details in everything around me.

The details that once felt overwhelming now feel like art again. 🎨

Why did we stop caring about beauty?

Have you ever wondered why we celebrate some forms of cruelty as "culture" or even "art"?

Hunting for survival is one thing. Fishing or killing animals merely for pleasure is another.

Yet even today, I see fish, beef, and other non vegetarian dishes being presented as masterpieces, as if the suffering behind them never existed.

But every "beautiful" plate came at a price that another living creature had to pay.

You're not just serving a delicacy. You're serving pain and cruelty as though it's of no concern.

Europe has given the world many remarkable things. It has also been responsible for many dark chapters in human history, including forms of violence and exploitation that were normalized or celebrated.

Perhaps it's time we stop glorifying every tradition simply because it has been around for centuries, and start asking what values deserve to be carried forward.

@RaoBahadurMovie is pure art! It has a perfect storyline, and the way it's brought to life is unlike anything I've seen in Indian cinema.

If movies begin to be made like this, I wouldn't run away from Indian cinema anymore.

And for Wes Anderson lovers, I think this one will definitely resonate.

Why is anyone allowed to play with the Ramayana and its dialogues?

Many women have started hating Ram only because society, culture, and the media have turned this epic into a patriarchal drama.

The faith of many people has been hijacked again because of the way the Ramayana has been presented in Namit Malhotra's film.

The movie has brutally killed the essence of this sacred text. I'm not even talking about the VFX right now...

The insulting dialogues directed at Ram, the dark visual palette, the patriarchal portrayal, everything leans towards Ravan's universe.

It's no longer an adaptation of the Ramayana. It's someone else's interpretation wearing the Ramayana's name.

Then create other movies. Don't pick the Ramayana if you're going to turn it into just another story. It is a spiritual text meant to guide humanity, not to become a tool for show business. The way you change its story and present it can distort people's understanding of it. No one has the right to change the essence of something really sacred.
