@ndtv @ShreyaG9401 RERA UP is doing nothing for delayed projects like Mahagun My Woods,Phase 3 Wing 8, not giving possession after 10 years of due date and full cost of flat paid by me.
1) RERA does not hold builder Mahagun accountable for delay in possession without OC
2) RERA seems helpless

@ayusshsanghi Yes, the only effective way to deal with criminals involved in this dastardly act is " death" . Only fear of death would deter criminals but we require some real leadership in Bengal. The legal route in India is not efficient for delivering justice in a time bound matter.
