Good progress in FIR registration case against @SBICard_Connect before Delhi District Court.

ATR has been finally filed by Delhi Police 🚓!

There is a Civil Writ "Gandharv Kumar Jha Vs Ombudsman Reserve Bank of India and Ors"pending against @SBICard_Connect regarding unauthorised recovery practice before the Hon'ble Delhi High Court.

Even the SBI Cards agent impersonated as @SpokespersonMoD to obtain sensitive details of a retired Air Force officer. However, as usual irresponsible people at MoD not interested to take any action to prevent any thing such from happening in future.

@RBI ombudsman have already held @SBICard_Connect responsible for deficiency on account of violation of RBI fair practice code, data and privacy breach. However, dumb SBI Cards are still trying to fight stating no relation with the recovery agents thinking esteemed courts are going to buy it when RBI Ombudsman have already held them and passed order against them.

There is also an application pending for FIR registration against these dumbos because this time they have fcuked up with an Advocate.

Possibly SBI cards will not be spared until this issue reaches to CBI enquiry.

More updates are awaited, I am closely following up the case.
