@lufthansa I booked a direct single ticket- same PNR for all legs of the journey, from your website. I did not change anything by myself. Nowhere it was mentioned anywhere that I would need a transit visa. All my documents were checks and approved by Lufthansa at Dublin.

@lufthansa what kind of service are you running? Travelling from Ireland to India, changing in Frankfurt, I was asked for a Schengen visa, without which they asked for €300 payment for changing flight.
Do note that all required documents were checked in Dublin by Lufthansa! #eu

@AmazonHelp Yes I have had a long discussion with the team following up the link. They are asking for picture for each and every item that was part of the delivery. Today! Extremely unhelpful and unsympathetic “MOHD NASER”. Also refused to give me the chat transcript in the end!

@AmazonHelp Placed an order from @amazonIN. Order was messed up, contacted customer care and got promised of refund. After waiting for 10 days, contacted Amazon again regarding status. Now they say return window has closed!
What sort of customer support is this? #AmazonIndia

@AmazonHelp That was really pathetic customer service, I am being asked to prove after 30 days, how the delivery was damaged.. I cannot prove it after 30 days of delivery for each and every item, specially once customer care had already agreed to provide me a refund about a month back!!

@AmazonHelp I have reached out to customer care on 10th or August for the first time. They sent a link where we uploaded the botched delivery photograph. Customer care now is saying today refund window is closed! I have reached out to customer care 5 times already it is not progressing.

@AmazonHelp Hi, the order was completely destroyed during delivery. We shared photographs and videos within a few hours of delivery.
Customer care had a look, and promised to refund for the order after taking a look at the order that was delivered. We have called Amazon 5 times till now!!
