Just read that Bus fare revision will take place after the Pujas. What Minister @ArjunsinghWB should also focus is on introducing live tracking of all buses(previously Chalo was there, but it left) and also introduce UPI payment for all Autos and buses.

Mamata Banerjee’s Dharmatala speech in Kolkata is not “defending democracy.” It’s the language of a protection racket. “We exist, that is why all of you are safe… if one community surrounds you, they will finish you off in one second.” That is communal fear-mongering, delivered from the CM’s chair.

This is what it looks like when a leader feels the ground slipping. Voter-roll revision pressure, an election year, and a shrinking aura of invincibility. So the citadel playbook comes out: turn politics into a hostage situation, project yourself as the only shield, and hint at violence if your “shield” is removed.

Bengal deserves better than a CM who rules by threat, insinuation and permanent tension. Don’t weaponise communal paranoia to keep your vote-bank intact.

Another Terror Module Busted in Kolkata!

Omar Farooq rented a flat in Salt Lake and was freely operating an indoctrination centre and drug racket with illegal Bangladeshis.

He was reportedly conducting recce across India, planning a major terror attack. The network spanned across West Bengal from beach towns to major metros.

This is a grave reminder of the security threat posed by unchecked infiltration and lawlessness in the state.

West Bengal deserves safety, not appeasement.
National security cannot be compromised.

Fish in West Bengal is not just a commodity but It represents livelihoods for lakhs of fishermen and Food security for crores of families and of course the cultural identity deeply woven into Bengali life. Yet under Mamata Banerjee, a state like West Bengal which is so full of rivers, ponds and a coastline is unable to meet its own demand and is having to import its fish from Odisha, Andhra Pradesh and even Gujarat, all BJP-NDA states.

So far as meat is concerned, BJP is in Government in Odisha, Assam, Tripura and NDA alliance in the rest the entire North East and never have we seen any ban or restrictions on the use of chicken, mutton and pork. But under Mamata Banerjee’s rule, West Bengal’s residents have had to consume bhagarer mangsho (meat from dead animals) and the perpetrators were mostly scot free.
