To all travelers: be cautious when flying with @airindia. My baggage disappeared at @DelhiAirport on 2nd Sept, and still no resolution. I strongly advise avoiding transits through Delhi to prevent a similar bad experience.

@airindia It’s been 15 days, and I’m still waiting for my baggage (File Ref: KTMAI19665). I’ve searched everywhere at TIA. It contains valuable ancestral items. I’m certain it’s at Delhi Airport—please take this seriously and send it to Nepal ASAP.

@airindia I’m at the baggage help desk at TIA, Kathmandu. Called @airindia staff twice, and was told someone would arrive in 5 mins. It’s been 44 mins, and no one has come. What a negligence! Still keeping patience.

My baggage is missing from 2nd Sep, I haven’t received my baggage due to @airindia staff negligence. No updates, no response to my calls. I will keep fighting for my baggage and share this across all social platforms, including informing the news media.

@airindia Your 7th Sept reply promised updates, but nothing since 2nd Sept. I expect my baggage now—this is your responsibility. IGI Airport & Air India feels unsafe for transit passengers with such delays. I won’t stop until resolved.

@airindia I’ve sent five emails, WhatsApp messages to [phone] and [phone], and called over 100 times with little response. Each time, I’m told updates are coming, but since 2nd Sept, there’s been no progress. My hope of getting my baggage is fading.

@airindia I traveled from CPH to KTM via DEL on 1st Sept. One of my bags (File Ref: KTMAI19665, Tag: AI 772553) is still missing in Delhi. It’s now 7th Sept, and no response to my emails or updates. Please assist ASAP!
