Seems that @Tesco is unwilling to abide by their own terms and conditions. After purchasing a gift card, I was restricted from buying certain products from their stores. Unlike what is mentioned in their T&C below. They referred me to their FAQ section. Will, FAQ aren't T&Cs.

@Tesco Note in the T&C it says "any products". But no, I have to check the FAQ according to Tesco support.

I had very bad experience with @Tesco support today. Jane from Tesco head quarters called regarding a Tesco gift card issue. Jane simply didn't want to listen and threaten to end the call. I don't understand why she called in the first place if she's wasn't ready to listen.
