My Dad (Senior Citizen) residing in Bhubaneswar, had bought a 48” Sony TV in 2017. The model no - KLV-48W562D.

This was naturally after evaluating multiple brands and finally going with the legacy and trust of Sony as a brand.

TV is useless since the Panel has a problem. That’s purely a TV quality issue and not a problem of a loyal user, who trusted your brand.

He has to dispose of the TV, and of course we with such quality and service, will never get close to selecting Sony as a brand of preference.
