It all comes down to curiosity. They will need to be genuinely curious about engineering problems and their solutions, to spend time researching through forums or asking good inquisitive questions to the AI atleast that leads to the next point of curiosity. Otherwise, the obsession to just get the work done as fast as possible will really deteriorate the quality of future devs. And it’s not just about code.
