Most people in suits stick to blue or grey, occasionally brown. I do it myself. However, for summer I feel you can enjoy more shades. In particular I like the sage green one. My attire from yesterday.
A new slack jacket in green raw silk (bourette). I find it pairs well with a chambray shirt and Fresco trousers. The textures go together. Soft bespoke loafers on my feet.
I’ve seen this claim a few times. Since the late 19th century, it was common in bourgeois circles, at least in Europe, for the man to also wear a wedding ring.
Men only started wearing wedding rings in the 1940s, to a broader point so much of modern culture even what is considered “trad” is made up consumerist nonsense from the 20th century, not any sort of actual tradition
I like everything about Charles’ attire. The jacket’s fit, the shade of navy, the 3 button closure, the pale grey tie-handkerchief combination on a white shirt, the polished black shoes.
If you have an appreciation for exquisite fabrics for suits, sport coats, and overcoats, I am selling some lengths from my private vintage and deadstock collection https://t.co/YazIBzD0rK
