Because 70% of the tickets are being resell and other people are just scamming for attention ??

@dominosebastian @kiwicom247 I have the same issue! They have given me a partial refund voucher that doesn’t even work! Despite they have received full refund from both the carriers from the booking. They are just scammers & rob people

Hi support, I have taking this up for the 3rd time I still haven’t received any response from your CUSTOMER SUPPORT. I have enough evidence saying the flight was cancelled but you guys are not giving me the refund saying the flight few. This is just absurd.
