Our material is destuffed & ready for delivery since more than 7 working days but ICD has no competence to arrange for delivery to us. They simply do not care, we donot have any timelines when we will receive our cargo

@ishanrana170 @airindia Just coz you can type doesn't mean you say nonsensical things. Airlines don't benefit from delays, they don't do it on purpose, they are responsible for your safety, they act accordingly. Wrt non refundable tickets, its mentioned while you book the tickets, so stop crying.

No accommodation, lounge access absolutely nothing.

All this when at Madrid we asked the @etihad volunteers repeatedly but we were assured that we will be very much allowed to board the next flight 104

@etihad Extremely disappointing experience. Despite reaching Gate D44A on time for EY202 (Abu Dhabi to Mumbai) while boarding was still ongoing, we were denied entry and moved to a flight 7 hours later — without any explanation. Totally unacceptable.

Still we managed to reach the Abu Dhabi boarding gate on time. This is utter nonsense.

I mean it's the most ridiculous thing, everyday one wakes up and for NO REASON a road is shut with no prior notice.

Must say really bad experience with Infant support in the flight. Disappointed to see crew members being rude and disinterested in helping a mother (my wife) who merely wanted to change the diaper of the 2 month old baby onboard.

My uncle was hospitalized in Feb 2024 and we gave all the possible docs/ bills/reports/receipts asked by Kenko Health. Still no reimbursement. Now they have stopped answering calls too
