Our boarders visited St Stephen’s Church today to see the Harvest display, created by RHS staff, in front of the plaque of The Royal School’s founding Headmistress, Emmeline Kingdon. They were keen to see the plaque as their boarding corridor is named after her! @RoyalHighBath

@Tonysmini@SkyHelpTeam@openreach Why do @Openreach keep telling me the case has been closed and to call @SkyHelpTeam to report? We have NO mobile signal either, so have to travel to find signal and then hold for 40mins+ I’m not looking to blame anyone, it’s a human with a solution I need.
Oh @SkyUK @OpenreachHelp - no broadband or TV & mobile network damaged locally. Your ‘experts’ on customer service line are robots & can’t compute ‘tree damage’. I-have-no-signal and I cannot make auto operator understand problem. PLEASE HELP!! Case no: 1956473373 🤯
@Tonysmini@SkyHelpTeam Thanks @Tonysmini - it’s just frustrating that we’ve had 2 SD engineer visits and then a dead end. I realise these are tricky circumstances but @SkyHelpTeam and @OpenReach could be a whole lot more helpful if they actually corresponded directly with customers.
@SkyHelpTeam I will now stop communicating via Twitter but urge you to try your @SkyHelpTeam helpline before signposting there. It is useless for someone with this problem.

@SkyHelpTeam Please tell anyone who is listening that there is NO SUPPORT on that number. I am sitting in a lay-by (to get signal) trapped in a hideous loop with a robot who can’t listen and you’re telling me to try again! It’s like a hideous dystopian nightmare. Can a human help me?
