Hi @HeathrowAirport. Everyone on flight LH2474 has been waiting for over 1.5 hrs for baggage reclaim in T2. We called @lufthansa, as you suggested in previous tweets, they said the bags are here but are waiting to be loaded and that we should contact the airport. Please advise?
