Stephanie Ferris, CEO of @FISGlobal, didn’t grow up aiming for the top job at a billion dollar fintech company.

She focused on something else entirely. Being part of a team, leaning into risk, and doing things people didn’t think were possible.

That mindset shaped a career across payments, financial services, digital finance, and financial infrastructure, ultimately leading her to the CEO role.

In fintech, the people who win are not the ones with the perfect plan, but the ones willing to step into uncertainty and keep building.
