@MTNNG You're stealing from your customers. 480G in less than a month is ridiculous. Ur customer care agents are never helpful. They'll promise to call back but never do. None of their applications to help ever works! Worst of all, they'll drop call on you if complain too much!

@MTN180 @MTNNG I was being tossed around. I called the contact centre and the last person that pick said same thing and when I asked to speak to a supervisor she dropped the call on while I was still complaining. That is very unprofessional. You don't do that to a customer!. Its not right.

@MTN180 @MTNNG The same promt again that I have used up my data. So I called the contact center and all the agent who spoke to me claimed that there application to check my transaction history is not working and I should call again for another agent to respond to me. It started looking like

@MTN180 @MTNNG The first data recharge was on January 4,2023 and on January 12th I got a prompt that I have used up my data. I recharged again (120G) on same 12th just to recieve another notification that I have used my data on the 19th. I topped up again with 120g on the 19th & on 25th, I got

@MTN180 @MTNNG I recharge my data balance twice in January with 120Gb each recharge and everything got exhausted. Same thing on my MTN router and data got zapped. I spent a total of 480GB of data on 2 devices in January. That's alarming!!!
