@Delta If you cancel the flight of an unaccompanied minor, you’d think you would have taught your rebooking system to prioritize them on a same day alternate departure. We have a very sad 8 year old who is now missing part of a medical procedure prep, not a drop in the sky 👎

Makes no sense to me. I believe @amazon & @gibsondunn’s litigation strategy is to bankrupt us. It’s terrifying to be in this position-physically, emotionally & financially. I don’t know their end game & none of this is rational. 2 years in, they don't even claim damages. /9

If you ever wondered if a company could destroy a family, it can. Amazon is going to file motions to say my husband’s 62 year old business attorney was working with my husband to commit a crime. And then we have to find money to argue he isn’t. This is so hopeless.
