Started something new this week — something I’ve been delaying for years.
Finally uploaded my first long-form YouTube video.
The channel will cover:
• Books that shaped my thinking
• Investing & trading concepts
• Frameworks
• Mindset & mental models
The first video is now live.
It’s about how I filter a huge stock universe into a few Core opportunities using a clean, repeatable system.
Still learning editing, still figuring out YouTube… but starting anyway.

Amazing collection and recommendations. Love the crisp summary of each book. I have read only 2 of them from this list; a lot to catch up. Would certainly go through them at some point in time. Thanks for painstakingly taking the effort to share! 🙏

Great respect 👏 to those who have achieved financial freedom or boldly left the corporate world to enjoy that freedom.
The more time I spend in corporate life, the more motivated I become to approach the market with dedication and complete honesty.
I celebrated my 88th birthday last week and I’m thankful to say that I’m feeling younger, stronger and wiser than ever.
I get asked almost every single day what motivates me to keep working and stay active, and my answer is simple: nothing is impossible if you stop putting limits on yourself.
One must always take calculated risks in life but let me say this: the world belongs to optimists.
When I first became a fund manager in my 50s, many people thought that was too ambitious (or too late, too bold — you name it) because social norms tell us that we shouldn’t have a career change late in life, and that we should retire when we hit a certain age. We, as humans, often limit ourselves to boundaries we set for one another.
But the truth is — life is what you make of it.

I've shared multiple times before how profoundly these two books have transformed my investing journey.
If you're new to the market and searching to build a solid strategy, read and absorb these two books at least 2-3 times.
Here’s a method to get the most out of them:
Approach them with purpose.
Open a Word document and create 7 sections:
-What to Buy
-How to Buy
-When to Buy
-When to Sell
-Portfolio Creation Process
-Market Understanding/Timing
-Key Investing Philosophies
As you read, populate each section with insights and strategies from the books
This process will likely take 2-3 months if you're an average reader but impact will be 100x of your wealth in long term.
