Spent some time speeding up Backstage catalog registration today. Nothing was actually failing we were waiting for catalog ingestion

Old flow: ~7 minutes before a newly created component appeared
Now with OnDemand ingestion + immediate polling, it's down to ~2.5 seconds on DIT1

Started this lab to learn Kubernetes properly after our company moved from Cloud Run to Kubernetes.

Now running a 3-node k3s clusterband deploying applications from GitHub using Argo CD and GitOps workflows.
