@RevolutApp We will reach out to you in DM but for everyone who js considering using Revolut, we already have 90 pages of customer support documenting Revolut’s refusal to help even when the fraudulent transactions were reported within 1 hour of them occurring.

@RevolutApp account was hacked and over €1000 stolen through 3 unauthorised transactions, we told Revolut immediately that these are unauthorised transactions. The transactions are still pending but Revolut refused to take ANY action, they have ZERO customers service, only bots

@RevolutApp We now have found that many more people have had this same issue!! Warning everyone I know that uses Revolut that they will not protect you when fraud occurs and do not provide someone to speak to from their customer service. We can’t trust you with our money.

@RevolutApp We have been taken in circles by your teams, there is no one to speak to on the phone, and all the messages continue to not address the issue, fraudulent transactions were made and we immediately reported them (while still pending) and Revolut refused to block them
