What is going on @NOW? I’ve just signed up for a subscription with a free trial, have been charged right away and now can’t even access NowTV. I’ve tried to cancel my subscription but you have removed any cooling off period and there’s no way for me to get in touch.
@SWPBridgend @SWP_Roads @swpolice@KenfigWarden Love that the police put more effort into confiscating bikes rather than retrieving ones that have been stolen. Love my tax money being put to use stopping people enjoy what little rights they currently have left and letting the real criminals continue 👍 (<- sarcastic thumb)
Idea: As @MattHancock is on the hunt for reality tv fame, now seems the perfect time to do the 'Life Swap' idea programme, putting politicians/ceo's in a minimum wage job for 2 weeks, in minimum wage accommodation, with real life outgoings. @Channel4 I'm looking at you 👀
As promised the 26-30 Railcard is now on sale! If the queue (we learnt!) is too long just come back later. After all, it’s here to stay. Get yours here: https://t.co/KcdcePu93l
@SpotifyCares@AppleSupport any idea how I can remove the constantly moving audio graphic from the new dynamic island on the iPhone 14? I’m finding it very distracting when trying to use my phone whilst listening to music.
@SwanseaCouncil is this even legal? Putting a stud wall divider that doesn’t even seal off each side of the room, just to exploit the student accommodation market?
I love living in a capitalist and materialistic society where this passes as acceptable and normalised marketing. For a company who provides opportunities for travel, there are so many better angles that @LeShuttle could have marketed.
The River Severn well and truly broke its bank yesterday. It felt like driving past a lake, but it was meant to be a field. @BBCWales#a483#stormfranklyn#walesweather
The major component of the cost of living crisis is, as it has been for years, the cost of accommodation. The outrageous price of housing is caused by
a. the sale of council houses
b. failure to build new *social* housing
c. the deregulation of rent
d. second homes ...

Is it me, or does the existence of the minimum wage completely undermine the living wage? Like you’re acknowledging that people need a certain amount to just live, yet it’s still legal to pay people less than that amount. Seems a bit mad to me.
