@yabhishekhd i suspect the same with amul ice cream (butterscotch). some hv lots of crunchy bits (the reason u buy it), others alm none. the parlors dont have stock most of the time so u r forced 2 go 2 the kiranas. Act not many shops stock amul.
@jasveer10 in mumbai, if u ask the cabbie 2 stop his phone chat he mostly will. in blr they think its their god given right to be glued to their phones while driving
@Subhash_ati9@beastoftraal i suspect a lot of fake amul is being sold: sometimes the butterscotch ice cream is full of crunchy bits (which is y u buy it), other times it has alm none even thou the pack looks the same. the parlour is out of stock most of the time and not too many shops stock amul anyways
@dekhane_mukul oh u forget the misc branches of a newly minted umreeki grad. proudly flaunting their harvard/whatevva mom/dad/granny/sib/dog t-shirts. the 1st time i saw one i cldnt stop giggling.
@Panks_Arora and this is how an entitled gen is created . our parents were much more sensible. if they simply cldnt afford it they'd saay so n we lived with it/earned it ourselves. or they skimped elsewhere n gave us an occasional treat. either way, as there was no sm it wasnt a big deal.
@nirupamakotru this is believable of walkeshwar/chowpatty, not malabar hill. if u walk dn a bit u'll get all the eggs (n meat?) u want at kemps, peddar, gowalia tank etc. btw, if eggs were sooo imp 2 u, maybe u shld hv done yr homewrk bettr? chosen a less tony area with more helpful kiranas?
@ActusDei health ins - sadly - falls wayyy short, the hapless patient is squeezed between the hosp n ins co. one gud thing thou. earlier the ins co used 2 hike the premium if u made a claim. now they cant. they hike it every yr anyways on the pretext of age (v/s age slab)
@ridzsups all punjab portions r supersize ... remem patiala peg? that said, a dot of butter on aloo roti is a staple. tastes gud too. add some methi 2 the filling n get some of yr daily greens as well
@Roshni163 it doesnt even req a top quality organically grown haapus. i picked up a mongrel raw mango 2 eat as kairi. Thou green outside and firm 2 touch, it was yellow inside, had ripened a bit, delicious. just the right mix of sweet n sour. keeep yr gulab jam. gimme ma mango
@In_Sane_Saint@DMadhusudan04 and the supermarkets who (a) push imported fruit just 4 fatter margins (b) push products just 4 size ... jumbo guava, bah!
