@shaunieowen Priorities! I am the person that starts to panic (literally) if I don’t have a chapstick or gloss to put on my lips. I start to panic, so I lick my lips, which dries my lips, so I lick...you get the picture! I have a decent amount of chapstick and Vick’s in my food storage!

Students are more likely to be engaged in learning when: 1) they feel accepted by teachers & peers, 2) learning goals & assessments are clear, 3) work is authentic and they see the relevance, 4) they have some choice, 5) they believe that they can succeed, 6) they are supported.
