@AerLingus 18:50 you pushed the flight back to from 12:10 and then what if you cancel the flight? We're stuck in Exeter, that late departure is not workable for our plans, you changed the times you should let people rearrange their plans without charge seeing as it was you who changed them
@AerLingus you notified me the departure time for our flight in July has been pushed back from 12:10 to 18:50. This is not workable for our plans I just went to change the flight to the day before and it says I have to pay to change my flights?! Surely you should do this for free

@British_Airways ive checked in for my flight tomorrow but it won't show my boarding pass in the app or online through Web browser, managed to see it once and take a screenshot but now it's disappeared, is a screenshot sufficient? Your website and app is a complete shambles!
