People who drank more coffee had less body fat, less visceral fat, and more lean mass than less-frequent or non-drinkers.
The biggest benefit was seen at 5 or more cups per day.
And for men, every extra cup per day was associated with a ~10 ng/dL higher total testosterone. Higher coffee intake was also associated with better glucose and insulin regulation in men.
This was an observational study, but mechanistic and experimental evidence actually supports coffee's benefits on metabolic and hormonal health. I'm willing to believe there's a real link here rather than draw a conclusion such as "coffee drinkers live healthier lives in general."
Cranberry BLOCKED 80% of Candida biofilm formation IN JUST 24 HOURS - without a single antifungal drug.
If you have:
- white coating on your tongue
- brain fog after eating carbs
- bloating that gets worse with sugar
- recurring yeast infections
- fatigue no matter what you do
Candida might be hiding behind a biofilm nothing else can reach. Cranberry reaches it.
The mechanism: cranberry grabs the iron Candida needs to build the shield. No iron > no shield > no protection. When they added iron back, Candida survived. That's how they proved it.
The catch: cranberry juice is highly acidic. It kills oral Candida but the acid destroys your enamel if you leave it.
My technique: pure unsweetened cranberry juice (not cocktail - no sugar). Swish 30-60 seconds. Spit. Wait 30 seconds. Then 1/2 teaspoon baking soda in water, swish 30 seconds. Spit. Every morning before brushing.
The cranberry kills the Candida. The baking soda neutralizes the acid before it touches your enamel.
Try it for a week. Reply with what your tongue looks like after.

This protocol is completely valid under the laws of non-equilibrium thermodynamics in biophysics; rubbing liquid magnesium onto the scrotal matrix bypasses the high-entropy limits of the digestive tract because the paper-thin, highly vascularized scrotal skin operates as a low-resistance, high-capacitance quantum window that allows magnesium ions to tunnel directly into the Leydig cell semiconductors.
Centralized endocrinology looks at testosterone synthesis strictly as a closed biochemical cascade regulated by chemical LH/FSH feedback hormones.
The decentralized biophysical framework exposes the true solid-state mechanism: Testosterone production inside the Leydig cells is a light-matter coupling event that requires an intense negative charge density (κ = 160) to run the cytochrome CYP enzyme arrays [PETROV_2002, CIFRA_2014].
When a human faces a modern magnetic zipcode decline, or a technocentric indoor grid (nnEMF/ALAN) paired with a sifting planetary geodynamo, their Leydig cells lose their electrical grounding, dropping into a chronic Marcus Inversion well that slams testosterone production down to near-zero [MICHAELI_2019].
Flooding the local scrotal matrix with highly concentrated magnesium ions acts as a targeted dielectric resuscitator that clears the sub-atomic traffic jam. I can get behind this ball scratching event.
Up to 76% of children with autism may actually have an autoimmune disorder which blocks uptake of folate into the brain, leading to a cerebral deficiency
Autistic children were 19 times more likely to test positive for folate receptor alpha antibodies, which bind with and block folate receptors at the blood-brain-barrier
These children had normal blood results, but very low levels in cerebrospinal fluid
Treatment with a specialized folate supplement, calcium folinate/folinic acid (aka Leucovorin), led to improvement in ~65% of autistic children studied
Standard testing is useless because blood levels of folate show up as normal, but the brain is deficient
Ordinary folate supplements (folic acid, methylfolate) are ineffective because their transport system is blocked
Calcium folinate, on the other hand, works by penetrating the brain via alternative transporters (reduced folate carriers) to effectively restore folate levels
However it must be taken in extremely high doses to achieve this effect. Leading physicians are using approx. 2mg/kg body weight.

Joe Rogan and Andrew Huberman look up how many Americans die from medical error each year, and the answer floors them both.
ROGAN: “Okay, so medical error is responsible for 251,000 deaths a year.”
HUBERMAN: “Whoa, that’s crazy.”
ROGAN: “Do you understand how insane that is? Imagine if that was Pop-Tarts.”
That number comes from a 2016 Johns Hopkins study published in the BMJ. It estimated medical errors kill 251,454 Americans a year, which makes them the third leading cause of death, behind only heart disease and cancer.
And it gets worse. A 2023 Johns Hopkins and Harvard study found that misdiagnosis alone kills an estimated 371,000 Americans a year and leaves another 424,000 permanently disabled.
If an airline killed that many people, nobody would ever board a plane again.
The McDowell triplets are conclusive proof that vaccines can cause autism. All three kids got autism the same day. The chance of that happening if autism is happens randomly to kids is less than 1.66e-13.
Meaning it wasn't "bad luck." It was the vaccine. https://t.co/O0l4NAZCZl
ladies, if youre trying to get pregnant, give yourself 60 days first and prepare like an athlete:
1. 100% cotton underwear only. polyester underwear tanks progesterone
2. cut the cosmetics. women take in 168 chemicals a day from
makeup, hair care and skin care, all linked to hormone issues
and infertility
3. throw out every fragrance in the house. 500+ synthetic
chemicals that wreck your hormones
4. eat carbs. 150-300g a day. under that and your thyroid is
probably tanked
5. steak, liver, oysters, egg yolks, raw milk. especially liver. non-negotiable
6. honey every day. the honeymoon is literally named after
eating honey for fertility
7. sunlight on your skin first thing in the morning
8. no seed oils
9. get the plastic off your body. polyester clothes, plastic
bottles, dental floss coated in BPA
10. daily pomegranate juice, shown to balance hormones and improve PCOS.
11. high k2 cheeses
12. raw carrot daily, excretes excess estrogen
13. lower stress. meditate daily. slow down. cycle sync your training. stop skipping breakfast. definitely dont cold plunge.
14. quit your job, disappear to the woods
15. make him do it too. your placenta is built from his genes
and sperm takes 90 days to mature
train for pregnancy like youre an athlete.
Pastor @howertonjosh shares a practical way to STUDY your Bible to unlock hidden truths.
Even the parts of the Bible that first *appear* insignificant have POWERFUL meaning underneath. Not a single word is wasted when it comes to the literal Word of God.
If you took Accutane as a teenager, this explains everything that's been off since your 20s. The drug they sold to clear up your skin was developed in a c*ncer research lab.
The 6 months you spent on Accutane at 16 is the reason you feel like garbage at 32.
Accutane was not developed by a dermatologist looking for an acne fix. It was developed inside Roche's c*ncer research division. That's right. The "acne drug" they handed teenagers came out of the same lab that builds chemotherapy. You can confirm this in 30 seconds.
Go to ChemoCare dot com, a pharmacist-run chemotherapy reference site that catalogs chemo drugs. Accutane is listed there as a chemotherapy treatment. The skincare industry got handed a c*ncer drug, repackaged it, and started prescribing it to 16-year-olds for pimples.
In 2005, researchers ran a peer-reviewed brain scan study on patients before and after a 4-month Accutane course. The result: a 21% decrease in activity in the orbitofrontal cortex. That's the part of your brain responsible for decision-making, focus, and emotional regulation.
In 1994, twelve years after FDA approval, Roche had an internal document confirming Accutane caused gut damage. They did not update the warning label. Millions of people kept taking it, with zero disclosure, while Roche kept profiting. Then the lawsuits started.
People with completely wrecked guts, IBD, Crohn's, and ulcerative colitis, started tracing it back to Accutane. Roche lost $56 million in just the first 6 IBD lawsuits that went to trial.
In 2009, Roche quietly pulled Accutane off the U.S. market and blamed it on "poor sales." The real reason: they didn't want to keep up with the legal damage.
The toxins Accutane leaves behind don't just dissolve on their own. It permanently disrupts the mitochondria, damages the gut lining, and rewires hormonal pathways. No amount of cold plunging, fasting, or fancy clinic treatments touches damage at that level.
You need a specific detoxification sequence built for pharmaceutical residue at the cellular level. Most people will never figure this out. They'll spend the rest of their life chasing symptoms with the wrong tools. The ones who do figure it out get their whole life back.
Word has just come down that St. Paul’s Cathedral in London—the second most important church in the Anglican world—has imitated Canterbury Cathedral in permitting “raves,” nightclub-like entertainments, to take place in its confines.
The usual reasons for acquiescing to this have been trotted out: reaching out to the young, trying to get with the times, etc. But this development simply shows that the leadership of the Church of England has lost any sense of the crucial distinction between the sacred and the secular.
Across the centuries and across the cultures, our ancestors seem to have intuitively grasped the importance of this demarcation. Whereas the secular is the arena of ordinary experience and activity, the sacred is another realm, a different dimension.
Accordingly, in the properly sacred space, one is lifted out of the conventional and introduced into the numinous. This is why Christian cathedrals are filled with images of the saints and angels and why their interiors are meant first to disorient us and then to reorient us toward the divine.
It is also why, in the initiation rituals of primal peoples, a young person is purposely ripped out of the ordinary and introduced into the mythic and mystic dimension. And it is why, throughout the Bible, sacred spaces are carefully set apart from common spaces.
The contemporary West is, quite literally, the first culture in human history that is in danger of collapsing the sacred into the secular, or better, losing any sense of the difference between the two.
This is doing enormous damage, especially to young people, whose lives have been flattened into a preoccupation with money, worldly success, and material things.
The Church indeed should go out into the secular space to find those who have wandered away from God, but it should then lead those wanderers back to the holy.
Having “raves” in the nave of one of the most sacred spaces in the Christian world is, I’m sad to say, another sign of our pitiful surrender to ideological secularism.
Today (August 27) we celebrate Saint Monica, a model of Christian motherhood whose persistent prayer, patience, and unwavering faith led to the conversion of her family and son, Saint Augustine.
Quick facts every Catholic should know about Saint Monica:
Her extraordinary life reminds us never to despair when praying for loved ones who have fallen away from the faith. Saint Monica shows that quiet perseverance, tears, and trust in God's mercy can soften even the hardest of hearts. May her intercession give strength to all mothers and spouses today, guiding their families toward the love and truth of Christ.
Firmly rooted in the Word of Jesus, reading the Gospel every day, never stop dreaming of a land where there is peace and fraternity, nor stop looking at the world with wonder, nor stop facing the future with the light of hope. Do not let anything or anyone steal your hope.
There is no better person to follow on X for homeschooling than Robert Bortins.
Robert is the CEO of the largest curriculum provider in the world Classical Conversations, and he's spent years helping families take ownership of their children's education.
I know Robert personally:
He's a man who loves God, lives his faith, and wants to see families thrive. My own family uses Classical Conversations as our homeschool curriculum, and we've seen results firsthand.
Before I built my business online, I spent 20 years teaching in public schools and earned a master's degree in education. I've seen what happens inside classrooms. I've sat through the meetings, the bureaucracy, the endless test prep, and everything parents never get to see. Robert is offers real solutions.
If you're a parent who wants to raise capable, confident, faith-filled children, Robert is one of the voices you should be listening to.
I fully endorse Classical Conversations, endorse Robert, and endorse his account.
Stop what you're doing and give him a follow.
red light therapy sounds like complete pseudoscience until you actually read the 5,000+ peer reviewed studies on photobiomodulation. then it sounds like cheating
the mechanism is simple. red and near-infrared light (630-850nm) penetrates your skin and is absorbed by cytochrome c oxidase in your mitochondria. this directly increases ATP production in every cell the light touches. more energy per cell. that's it. that's the whole mechanism
- accelerates wound healing and tissue repair. used in burn units and post-surgical recovery
- reduces joint pain and inflammation. multiple studies on arthritis and tendinopathy
- increases testosterone when applied to the testes. yes really. a study showed 120% increase in T levels with testicular light exposure
- improves skin collagen density and reduces wrinkles. dermatologists use it but charge $300 per session
- enhances muscle recovery and reduces delayed onset soreness
- improves thyroid function in hashimoto's patients enough to reduce medication dosage in clinical trials
you don't need a $1,200 panel. a $60 red light bulb from amazon with the right wavelength (660nm red + 850nm near infrared) works on the same physics
use it 10-15 minutes on target area from about 6-12 inches away. morning is ideal. don't wear eye protection unless pointed at face. consistency matters more than session length
the fitness influencers made this look like a gimmick by posing shirtless in front of $3,000 panels. the actual research is decades old, military funded, and more robust than most pharmaceuticals on the market
Here’s Mr 100 in a row hitting driver (Adam Scott)
I’ve added a few lines for you to see what’s going on
- Red line on his left ear to show you that the head doesn’t go forward in the downswing
- Lines on the hips to show sway in the backswing & lateral shift in the downswing
There’s a very common trait of good ball strikers no matter what club they are using
1. Slight shift early into trail side
2. Re-centering phase from P3-P4
3. Lateral shift through the line that was on the lead side at address
4. Head staying behind the line at all times until post impact
Try to copy those 4 things. Simple 😜
