I was at the Republican National Convention yesterday. At the end of a press conference on behalf of the DNC and Biden campaign, I had some thoughts to share.
Yesterday a clipped video was shared by right wing users on X and seen over 12 million times. It showed Biden allegedly ignoring an African-American woman.
I hope that this video of the same woman getting hugged by Biden is seen by at least 12 million people, but I know it won’t be.
That’s the way the misinformation machine works here on X. The clipped video with the false narrative will be seen exponentially more than the actual context.

Making music is a part of every student's week at the elementary school level. Fifth grade students can also join a band or strings program where they begin to learn what it's like to be in an ensemble and develop as musicians. #MIOSM#305GrowsGreatness
