🔴 17 years today - Hospital bombed twice

The only remaining hospital in Mullivaikkal was attacked twice by the Sri Lankan military on the morning of the 2nd of May 2009, with at least 64 people killed and a further 87 injured.

A US State Department report quoted a local source as stating the hospital was shelled twice, once at 9 a.m. and again at 10.30 a.m.

Pained to ask: is this the way how you describe the meritorious students of the esteemed Jadavpur University? Is this your concept of decorum and courtesy? Jadavpur University has been receiving top ranks from your Government’s NIRF ranking framework year after year, and you descend to insult that centre of excellence? You stoop so low?

The students of the Jadavpur University have earned their place through merit and walk out with degrees, with intellect, with the ability to question. That is not anarchy. That is education and that is excellence.

Anarchy is not students raising their voices.

Anarchy is when farmers die and their voices are crushed.
Anarchy is when those convicted of rape and other heinous crimes walk free for political convenience.

"Among the many ironies of this confused and legally directionless ‘end of Naxalism’, is the fate of those arrested on charges of being Maoist sympathisers. At one end, we have the human rights lawyer Surendra Gadling who has been in jail since 2018, along with the rest of the BK 16 who are out on bail but still suffer from a protracted trial despite ample proof that police ‘evidence’ was fabricated. At the other end, the youth leaders of the Moolvasi Bachao Manch in Bastar, like Raghu Midiyami, Suneeta Pottam and others, have been jailed for over two years under UAPA, along with some other 40 activists at different times. Even simple rights like an operation to fix Raghu Midiyami’s broken finger are being resisted by the NIA. The MBM waged an entirely constitutional struggle, invoking the 5th Schedule of the Constitution and PESA to defend their lands. Evidently a peaceful movement of locals, in the face of an intensified mining push, is now a greater threat to the national security state than even the Maoists."

1. Ask Kenvue/JnJ Pte Ltd to rebrand eRZL not to look like ORSL
2. Not to promote those drinks as daily hydration drinks
3. Condemn the public notice by Kenvue that their scientific products were presented at PEDICON
4. Condemn the notice issued to me by Kenvue/Johnson&Johnson Pte Ltd.
Instead, they issue a position paper emphasizing on the safety of Sucralose(a clear conflict of interest, especially since eRZL has Sucralose and I have been telling parents not to give it as a daily hydration drink to children) so as to enable Kenvue quote the same in future.
