#WATCH | Hyderabad, Telangana: Akarshana Satish, founder of Open Library, says, "I am known for setting up libraries across Telangana and Tamil Nadu, and today, here's my 24th library at the Juvenile Home for Boys with 720 books. Across my libraries, I've collected over 16,300 books. My next plan is to set up a 25th library at 57 metro stations across Hyderabad... Many of these books have come from the Prime Minister's Office, the National Book Trust of India. I have received 8,000 books in donation, mainly from Metro Library Project, and I have used 400 of them in this library..."

At the Karimnagar Police Parade Ground, Collector Pamela Satpathy @Collector_KNR captivated the audience by rendering the National Anthem in Indian Sign Language along with hearing-impaired students — a first-of-its-kind in the state. 👐🎶

Ministers, officials & guests watched in admiration. IT & Industries Minister Duddilla Sridhar Babu @Min_SridharBabu praised her efforts: “Well done, Collector – your rendition was wonderful.” 👏

Earlier, she had arranged special sign language training for district officials to better serve the hearing-impaired community. This gesture reflects her commitment to inclusivity & public service. ❤️
