Hello, @EssexApartments. Since I have not been receiving any updates from your local apartment complex at @CarmelSummit, I am following up here with the hope you can assist with the issue we are experiencing. The situation with the shrubs, bushes, and pine trees behind my property at your @CarmelSummit apartment complex remains unresolved despite ongoing follow-up. I met with Garth, the representative from @LaBahnsLscape, your landscaping partner, on April 21 to discuss the overgrown bushes and the fire-hazard pine tree that the San Diego Fire Department deemed an infraction, and that is also leaning toward my home. I was informed by Garth of @LaBahnsLscape that the shrubs and bushes will be taken care of the week of May 4 and that he is awaiting bids to cut down the pine trees. I followed up again on May 14 with Garth on the status of these solutions, but received no response. I sent an email to your @CarmelSummit office on May 18, but received no response. I followed up again with Garth today, May 20, and there is still no response. Maintaining the shrubs and bushes has been an ongoing issue. @EssexApartments, your @CarmelSummit location maintains the shrubs and bushes for a few months, and then, for some reason, it stops. This has been an ongoing cycle for years. When the pine tree falls, or God forbid it catches on fire, this will become a disastrous event. As in previous years, homeless people have been found to have lived in the area in question, which we reported to the San Diego Police Department and informed your @Carmelsummit office. The area in question is open; none of your tenants or employees are affected, except that only those negatively affected are us. I hope you stand by your values and come up with a permanent solution to this matter so we can enjoy our backyard without the fear of pine cones or the pine tree falling on someone, and in the event of a fire, so the non-compliant pine trees do not fuel the fire and cause loss of life and property. I am also alerting my insurance company, @USAA, that, in the event of a fire, property damage, or physical harm, they are aware that this matter has been brought to their attention.
I appreciate your immediate action regarding this matter.
@Delta Amazing flight experience aboard DL198, ICN-SEA, 30 Oct. please let your Delta One flight crew how much we appreciate them for taking really good care of us, Natalie, Alan, Diane and Tao!
Thank you @Delta for a wonderful service that your Delta One flight crew (DL129, 23 Oct, SEA to PEK) provided to us. Your Delta One flight crew went above and beyond (from pilots to flight attendants) to make my daughter 8th birthday celebration a remarkable and memorable one!
@KoreanAir_KE I desperately need assistance. We flew in KE0#11 today, my 7 year old daughter was extreme sick and left her pink blanket inside the plane. We moved in 59H. That blanket is extremely important for her since it was given by her dad who passed away last year.
@sheratonhotels @spgassist @spg staying at the Sheraton Roma Hotel and Conference Center, this is how you’re being represented. In a very disappointing way.
@Delta Huge Thank you, @Delta Crew, flight #275 (especially to flight attendant, Tammy) for making my son Brandon’s birthday a very special one during our flight from Detroit to Narita on 13 August. You guys rock! We are #deltafamily@Delta
