@flipkartsupport Posting this to show everyone an example of how helpful @flipkartsupport is via DM. The "Motorola" appliances are exclusively sold by Flipkart's in-house seller and serviced by Jeeves (also flipkart).There's no local service center. Even their support email has a flipkart domain.

@flipkartsupport @vm__one All @flipkartsupport does when customers post their experience here is, ask them to DM. Then tell them to contact the "brand". I've posted it for awareness so that customers are not scammed into buying Flipkart cobranded appliances, especially during #bigbilliondays

The "E11 error" is a common issue with this model, with lots of customers reporting it in reviews and forums. Bought this only because, at the time this was one of the 10KG+models available at my pincode. Regret it now. Motorola appliances are exclusively sold by @Flipkart .

The washing machine was bought in late 2023 (still in warranty). The first one I received failed in 3 months with a "E11 error" which got replaced because Flipkart's service partner couldn't source parts. The replacement unit has also failed with the same error.

@vm__one : You should do a video to create awareness on these cobranded appliances sold by @Flipkart so that unsuspecting customers are not scammed by @Flipkart. Happy to share all the details of this ordeal with you via DMs. Flipkart sells these under license to use brand name.

I have been emailing their official support "[email protected]" since 1st Aug regarding this issue, all I get are automated email responses.They open tickets which they close stating "Whatsapp calls not responded". There has been zero calls and no evidence of these calls.

@flipkartsupport No solution has been provided. I can share screenshots of the chat here for everyone to see. Flipkart handles support for Motorola appliances. No one has been sent by the Motorola support team within flipkart to repair the product. So I don't know what you mean by specialist here

@Flipkart @flipkartsupport @jagograhakjago Its been 2 weeks since I've raised a complaint for a defective Motorola Washing Machine, for which support is exclusively handled by Flipkart and Motorola. There has been no action taken by Motorola or Flipkart to resolve the issue.

@flipkartsupport Here is a screenshot of the conversation via DM (without revealing Order/Personal details) for all to see. This is how @flipkartsupport works when asking customers to DM. This is a product @Flipkart sells exclusively and they are the only support channel for the brand.

@flipkartsupport @Flipkart You asked me to reach out to brand when I contacted via DM. Yet you fail to acknowledge the reality that Flipkart sells appliances under the "Motorola" brand. So I have contacted the right channel. You can't get away by providing misleading information "to contact the brand".

@flipkartsupport This is a 10.5KG Motorola Washing machine. Customer Reviews for the same show that a "E11" error was prominent on this model which suggests that @Flipkart and Motorola has been selling defective units. There has been no support other than automated mails. DM'd with details.
