@epfoahmedabad : your office is closing member grievance without actually understanding the issue. Also, specific response to query is not being given in spite of the issue was raised thrice thru Grievance Portal. Please don't just close the grievance for the sake of closure.

@HdfcE21443. HDFC ergo road assistance number remains busy for a long and after 15 min of IVR message that agent are busy, call gets disconnected. What is the meaning of road side assistance (24*7) if it is not on time. Whether it is done to deceive customer.
Is it justified and professional if the customer remains on IVR for waiting for the executive to attend the call over 35 minutes? Kindly operate the call centre properly or communicate to customers if not available.
@MyIndusIndBank Services of Indusind Bank are getting deteriorated day by day. I wanted to speak to CS executive with reg. to Credit Card account. It is almost difficult to speak as KH line remains busy.
Very bad experience in regard to HDFC road assistance...no one cares of customer emergency....all cheating in the name of road assistance...there is premium charged to me for road assistance...
