@1mgOfficial I am still waiting for any information. I only ordered being a care member but it is proving worst experience since Dec 2025. Why do you cheat now. Quality of service is going to dit h day by day. Order is also not being allowed to be cancelled. Arm twisting.

@1mgOfficial Your all services including customercare [email protected] invalid. Chatting with agents on the app proves futile. You sent the wrong invoice and there is no way to get the correct one for the patient's name as mentioned on prescription uploaded. So careless.

@1mgOfficial Thanks a lot Ekta but soft copy sent on email don't have any signature and stamp like you send the invoice along with the pharmacy order. If it can be stamped and signed by your offline store at Dwarka sector 22, I will send the hard copy of the bill to them.

@pnbindia This may be true for some but the fact is that I submitted my DLC on 1st Nov accepted by
Sparsh as I am a defence pensioner but Great PNB rejected because of account mismatch😂😂This is the truth.
