ନୂତନ ସୀମା ନିର୍ଦ୍ଧାରଣ ବା 'ଡି-ଲିମିଟେସନ' ପ୍ରକ୍ରିୟା ପରେ ଲୋକସଭାରେ ଓଡ଼ିଶାର ପ୍ରତିନିଧିତ୍ୱ ୩.୯% ରୁ ହ୍ରାସ ପାଇ ୩.୪% ହୋଇଯିବ ବୋଲି ଆପଣ ଚିଠିରେ ଯେଉଁ ତଥ୍ୟ ରଖିଛନ୍ତି, ସେଥିରେ କୌଣସି ସତ୍ୟତା ନାହିଁ । ଓଡ଼ିଶାର ପ୍ରତିନିଧିତ୍ୱ ବଢିବା ନିଶ୍ଚିତ, କମିଯିବାର କୌଣସି ପ୍ରଶ୍ନ ଉଠୁନାହିଁ । ଏଭଳି ମିଥ୍ୟା ଓ ବିଭ୍ରାନ୍ତିକର ତଥ୍ୟ ଦେଇ ରାଜ୍ୟର ଜନସାଧାରଣଙ୍କୁ ଭୟଭୀତ କରିବା ଉଚିତ୍ ହେଉନାହିଁ । ସମୟ ଆସିଲେ ସବୁକିଛି ସ୍ପଷ୍ଟ ହୋଇଯିବ, କେବଳ ଧୈର୍ଯ୍ୟର ସହ ଅପେକ୍ଷା କରିବା ଆବଶ୍ୟକ ।

ଆପଣ ଏବଂ ଆପଣଙ୍କ ଦଳ 'ନାରୀ ଶକ୍ତି ବନ୍ଦନ ଅଧିନିୟମ'କୁ ସମର୍ଥନ କରିଛନ୍ତି, ଯାହା ସ୍ୱାଗତଯୋଗ୍ୟ, ମାତ୍ର ଏହାକୁ ଖୋଲା ହୃଦୟରେ ଆମେ ସମସ୍ତେ ସମର୍ଥନ କରିବା ଉଚିତ୍ । ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନରେନ୍ଦ୍ର ମୋଦୀଙ୍କ ଶାସନରେ ଓଡ଼ିଶା ସବୁବେଳେ ଅଗ୍ରାଧିକାରରେ ରହିଆସିଛି । ଏହି ସଂଶୋଧନ ବିଲ୍ କେବଳ ଓଡ଼ିଶା ପାଇଁ ନୁହେଁ, ବରଂ ସମଗ୍ର ଭାରତବର୍ଷର ମହିଳାମାନଙ୍କୁ ସଶକ୍ତ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ଏକ ଐତିହାସିକ ପଦକ୍ଷେପ ।

ଏହି ପ୍ରସଙ୍ଗକୁ ବିବାଦର ରୂପ ନଦେଇ, ଦେଶର ସାମଗ୍ରିକ ବିକାଶକୁ ଗୁରୁତ୍ୱ ଦେବା ଆବଶ୍ୟକ । ସମ୍ବିଧାନର ମର୍ଯ୍ୟାଦା ରକ୍ଷା କରି ରାଜନୈତିକ ଫାଇଦା ଅପେକ୍ଷା ଦେଶର ସ୍ୱାର୍ଥକୁ ଆମେ ସମସ୍ତେ ପ୍ରାଥମିକତା ଦେବା ଉଚିତ୍ ବୋଲି ମୁଁ ମନେକରୁଛି ।
