Dealing with @Xfinity ... it turns out after EIGHTEEN DAYS for a SAFETY issue with exposed and live wires/cables that if you act like a Karen and threaten to call law enforcement publicly on 3 different social media platforms... they'll promptly show up the next day. SMH.
