Our new study:
Radiological tumor burden, represented by baseline tumor size and baseline tumor number, has independent prognostic value with a linear relationship in pembrolizumab-treated patients with mUC.
We assessed 3 models to predict low-grade, low-stage UTUC. Only grade from biopsy & stage from imaging were associated with prediction. A model based only on grade & stage could help identify pts who may benefit from kidney-sparing surgery for UTUC.
