Some RPSL companies have refused to give Seatime Letter to Seafarers. This is impacting Seatime assessment and Form 1 update.

If you facing such issues, please lodge online grievance against RPSL with @dgship_goi

If a seafarer is made to stay more than his contract or for over 12 months should be treated as an incident.

MLC should have the provision for such incidents 2 be investigated by DPA 4 root cause/corrective & preventive actions.

A simple RA should not be the answer. @IMOHQ
